At score4more, you contribute with your brainpower and design skills to:

  • develope the largest global impact platform in order to shape a sustainable transformation

  • make sustainability more visible and accessible by designing graphics which promote our features

POSITION KEY FACTS

  • Role: Junior Graphic Designer

  • Scope of the position: part time, up to 25 hours per week

  • Working location: remote, hybrid and/or from our Berlin office

  • Starting date: January 2024 - permanent contract

  • Compensation: we have a transparent team compensation and benefits system in which we classify you according to your professional experience - an adjustment/evaluation will take place after the 6-month probationary period

  • Vacation: 26 vacation days

YOUR TASKS


As a Junior Graphic Designer at score4more, you will play a key role in assisting our Founding Product Designers and creative team in creating compelling visual content.

  • Developing visually appealing design work across print and web. This includes, but is not limited to; social media images, content creation for both online and offline events, and both digital and print designs.

  • Collaborate closely with team members from other disciplines that span diverse perspectives and expertise.

  • Think strategically and apply your skills to proactive problem-solving.

  • Proven experience in website design and illustration/image creation with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

  • Working on UI UX concepts and design supported by the senior designer

  • Growing and developing design guidelines

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

What you bring - "must have":

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar software.

  • Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.

  • Basic understanding of web design and user interface (UI) principles is a plus.

  • Creativity and a strong visual sense.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • A portfolio showcasing your design work and creative projects is required.

  • You are an impact-oriented person who wants to work with hand, heart and head for sustainable change.

  • The following language skills are a prerequisite: good English, German is a plus.

What you bring - "nice to have":

  • You have start-up experience, preferably early stage, and have already built structures and developed strategies from scratch.
